Rescript with Nurse Practitioner

We now offer rescripting via our Nurse Practitioner team for $39 if there’s no changes in your health circumstances.

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing. A practitioner will contact you on a Private Number between 3:00PM and 8:00PM (ACST) on weekdays to confirm clinical suitability before issuing your script.

We encourage patients to please check their mobile phone settings, to ensure it is not set to block no caller ids.

If you require a follow up, or have not had a formal follow up within the last 6 months, please select the Follow Up Appointment option

Please Note: When we schedule your rescript request, a dedicated time is allocated for your call. We will attempt to contact you up to three (3) times within 2-5 business days. If you are unavailable and the calls go unanswered, this impacts clinic resources and the flow of care for other patients. In such cases, you will need to book a follow-up consultation with a confirmed appointment. Failure to answer will result in a did not answer fee of $39 and patients will be required to book in for a follow up of $79.
